By purchasing from Bad Moon Exotics you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Thank you for choosing to purchase from Bad Moon Exotics. Please read through our Terms of Service to avoid any confusion in the unfortunate event an issue arises.

Animals:

Due to the dramatic effect individual care and husbandry has on the health of any animal, we offer a 14 day health guarantee, as well as a lifetime guarantee against congenital/genetic defects. This guarantee is void if the animal has not been taken care of as outlined in our care sheet. We will require documentation of any issue or illness. If we are not notified immediately of any issue you will void this health guarantee.

We do offer live on arrival guarantee that covers shipping of an animal, this is contingent that someone has been home to receive and sign for the delivery/or arrived at airport in time to pick up shipment on landing, and that we are notified right away of any issue. In the very unlikely event something of this nature occurs we ask you please do not remove the animal from the original packing and contact us immediately for further instruction. Shipping costs are the sole expense of the buyer and not covered nor will they be refunded.

In the rare event of an issue a credit will extended for purchase price of the animal, you will be offered the option to return the animal at your expense for exchange, or a refund may be issued at our discretion. Orders cancelled without issue may only be accepted at our discretion, and the deposit (typically 50% of the purchase price) will be forfeit on the animal.

Payment plans will only be accepted at our discretion, and failure to abide by the mutually agreed arrangement will void the purchase and any payments made will not be returned. We may decide to waive this at our discretion in extenuating circumstances except for a nominal fee. Animals will not be shipped or available for pick up before the payment arrangement has been paid in full. 

You must be 18 years old to purchase an animal from us, or we must have your legal guardians written consent.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person, at any time, for any reason or should we have any concerns, as our animals health and well being is paramount. In the event we decide to cancel a sale any payments made will be returned to you.

Dry Goods:

Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please advise us immediately of any issue or concern so we can do our best to make it right. In the event of a defect, the item can be returned at the buyers expense for a credit or exchange. Returns will be subject to a 20% restock fee. We must be notified in advance as we may not accept an item returned without notice. Shipping costs and extra charges related to the purchaser providing an incorrect address resulting in a RTS, or failing to pick up a package are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please double check your information to make sure it is correct and pick up your package if held at depot in a timely manner to avoid this. In the unlikely even an item is damaged in transit, please contact us right away and take pictures of the packaging prior to opening so a claim can be made with the carrier.
